Return & Exchange Policy

At Digiful L.L.C-FZ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following return and exchange policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • The product is returned within 7 days of receipt.

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

2. Return Process

  • Customers must notify us by email at info@geluva.com within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • Include your order number, proof of purchase, and photos of the item (if applicable).

  • Once approved, you must return the product using a registered courier service to our UAE address.

  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

3. Exchange Process

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the desired replacement item is not available, a refund will be processed instead (as per our Refund Policy).

4. Refunds for Returns (Mandatory Statement as per UAE banking regulations)
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.

5. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

  • Items purchased on final sale (non-refundable).

  • Gift cards or downloadable products.
