Return and Exchange Policy

Return and exchange policies for Geluva:

  • Products purchased through the website, tested, and found to have no manufacturing defects or damage due to shipping or delivery, whether international or domestic, are not eligible for return at all.

  • The allowed period for returning products in case of manufacturing defects or damage is seven days from the date of order receipt.

  • The amount will be refunded to the customer’s account within 7-14 working days from the date the product is received by the shipping company.

  • Geluva perfumes purchased from other applications are subject to the return and exchange policy of the application from which they were ordered.

  • Cash on delivery service is a paid service for receiving the order and paying at the time of delivery. If the product is returned upon arrival, the cost of the service will be deducted for the benefit of the customer.

  • The return and exchange policy does not apply to intact open perfumes.

If you wish to return the product and get a refund, you can initiate the return process by sending an email to info@geluva.com.

Exchange Policies for Geluva:

  • The allowed period for exchanging orders is seven days from the date of order receipt.

  • Geluva will send a prepaid shipping label via email within a maximum of 3 working days to be delivered with the product to the shipping company.

  • The return and exchange policy does not apply to intact open perfumes.
