1. Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund under the following circumstances:

  • If the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.

  • If the product received is not as described on our website.

  • If delivery exceeds the stated delivery timeframe and you no longer wish to proceed with the order.


2. Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted by email to info@geluva.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • You must provide your order number, proof of purchase, and photographic evidence (if applicable).

  • We will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


3. Mode of Refund (Mandatory Statement as per UAE banking regulations)
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.


4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The product has been used or tampered with.

  • The request is made after the 7-day refund period.

  • The order status is Out For Delivery according to our tracking system.
