Delivery Policy

At Digiful L.L.C-FZ, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and secure manner. Please read the following policy carefully to understand our delivery process and conditions.
1. Shipping Process
All orders are shipped via trusted courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
2. Delivery Time
Local (UAE) Delivery: 3–7 business days maximum.
International Delivery: 7–14 business days maximum.
If the delivery exceeds the above time frames, the customer has the right to request a refund by contacting us at info@geluva.com.
3. Delivery Charges
Local Delivery (UAE): AED 15 (Free delivery for orders above AED 300).
International Delivery: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight of the order.
4. Proof of Delivery
We require customers to sign a delivery receipt upon receiving their order.
This signed proof will be kept for our records.
5. Out For Delivery Status
If the order is marked as Out For Delivery in the tracking system, refund requests for delays will not be accepted.
6. Undeliverable Orders
We reserve the right to refuse an order and refund its value if:
The destination country is not covered by our delivery service.
The delivery address provided is incorrect or incomplete.
Refunds for undeliverable orders will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
