Cancellation Policy

At Digiful L.L.C-FZ, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your order or requested services. Please read the following policy carefully.
1. Order Cancellation
Customers can cancel their order or requested services within 24 hours of placing the order.
Cancellation requests must be sent by email to info@geluva.com or by calling +971 58 507 8204 with your order number.
2. Refund for Cancellations (Mandatory Statement as per UAE banking regulations)
Refunds will be made back to the original payment method used by the customer and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
3. Non-Cancellable Orders
We cannot accept cancellations if:
The order has already been processed and marked as Out For Delivery in our system.
The product is a final sale or special/custom order.
4. No Cancellation Policy (if applicable)
If an item or service is marked as non-cancellable at the time of purchase, this will be clearly stated on the product/service page before checkout.
